

Jon qualified as a massage therapist in 2022. Massage is a great addition to relax and unwind. It helps to reduce stress, promote healthy blood flow, and can aid recovery from strenuous movement.
Jon is qualified as a Level 2 Reiki practitioner in 2024. Reiki is a holistic practice which can bring balance to the energy system. It is based on the concept that vital energy flows through your body which can be guided to help balance and healing through realignment.
Reiki is utilised for many conditions such as pain, anxiety, and depression. It’s a complementary treatment, which means you use it alongside traditional medical treatments.


Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. By learning to pay more attention to the present moment, we can reduce the feeling of being swept away in thoughts of the future or the past, which can improve your mental wellbeing. In Jon’s sessions, he teaches a variety of techniques which allow everyone to access the benefits of mindfulness in a way that suits them. As with yoga, these sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities.
These services can be booked in isolation, or added onto an existing session.
